Legal basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the Law; outside those bases, processing relies on your explicit consent under Art. 5/1.

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, by means that are not wholly automated.
Transfers
Your personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary to act on your inquiry, to our email delivery provider and our website hosting provider. These providers may hold servers abroad; transfers are conducted under Art. 9 of the Law. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
Your rights (Art. 11)

- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate

- To object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
You may submit requests regarding these rights by the methods set out in the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
